We love and look forward to receiving the Foradori harvest reports and release notes! The former are written by Emilio Zierock, Elisabetta’s eldest son, who studied oenology in Bordeaux and gained work experience at Chateau Cheval Blanc as well as in Patagonia and Italy. His middle brother Theo, who studied journalism and photography in New York City and Denmark, writes the release notes which are at the same time informative, provocative and highly original. We’re particularly fond of his musical “cultural references” which span from Hip-Hop to Mozart.
