Dindarello is Maculan’s iconic sweet wine crafted from perfectly ripened Moscato grapes. Harvested late and gently dried to concentrate flavour, the wine retains the aromatic precision for which Moscato is famed — but elevates it to another level.
Alongside the unmistakable grapey aroma, you’ll find layers of candied orange peel, orange blossom, rosewater, almond and marzipan. The palate is silky and sweet, but perfectly counterbalanced by bright acidity and a whisper of citrus zest.
With its youthful vibrancy and sheer drinkability, this is a moreish, modern sweet wine that never cloys. It’s made for fruit tarts, panna cotta, lemon cake and all things creamy—but it’s equally compelling all on its own, lightly chilled in a small glass after dinner. One of Italy’s most graceful dessert wines.
