Like it’s lighter bodied sibling Coenobium, Ruscum is made with the same grapes from the same vineyards. However, while for former has almost no skin contact, Ruscum gets a full two weeks of maceration, resulting in a richer wine. Dark amber in colour with hints of spice, stone fruit and gunflint.
