Founded in 1923, Cantina Settecani is a cooperative winery located in the village of Settecani, right in the heart of the Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC zone. Over the past century, the winery has grown to include more than 200 members and farms across the surrounding hills and plains.
A more complex and lifted take on Grasparossa, 7-Bio is made from certified organic hillside vineyards, where vine age can exceed 40 years — exceptional for this vigorous variety.
The wine maintains the intensity of the Tradizione bottling but layers in more structure and refinement: blackcurrant, plum skin, wild herbs, and a fine, persistent mousse. Dry but juicy.
