From the Castelli di Jesi district and made by Natalino Crognaletti, whose forbears have worked the land for multiple generations, this wine is fermented and aged on its lees for 6 months in concrete vats, then 6 months in bottle. Varietally true with notes of white flowers, feijoa fruit and an almondy finish. Enjoy with risotto and all forms of seafood.
