Jasci & Marchesani Pecorino IGT is a fresh, characterful white from Abruzzo, crafted by one of Italy’s true pioneers of organic farming. Sebastiano Jasci began farming organically in the 1960s, and by 1978 the estate was officially certified—decades before organic became a marketing term. Today, the family continues to farm their hillside vineyards near Vasto with the same principles: care for the land, low intervention in the cellar, and a focus on local expression.
Pecorino is a native grape of the central Adriatic coast, known for its naturally low yields, bright acidity, and distinctive aromatics. Grown on clay-limestone soils at 280 metres above sea level and vinified entirely in stainless steel, this version is dry and elegant, with notes of citrus, stone fruit, and subtle mineral edge.
A clean, balanced white with real personality, this wine reflects both the strength of the Pecorino grape and the quiet dedication of a family who has always put the vineyard first. Organic not because it’s fashionable, but because it’s what they’ve always done.

The Tuscan style of Governo refers to the technique of adding lightly pressed, semi-dried grapes to fermented wine, causing a secondary fermentation. Just like the Ripasso wines of the Veneto, this method was widely used by the Romans to add body and complexity to dry red wine.
Being predominantly Sangiovese, this wine is quintessentially Tuscan in style and taste. Ripe red cherries and violets on the nose, the palate is generous, full-bodied yet smooth. The producer was a historical cooperative and is now part of Tuscany’s largest family winery, but maintains the same advantage of having many small growers able to provide premium fruit to their state-of-the art winemaking facility.
A fine example of tradition and modernity at work to offer exceptional quality and value.

Marco Cincinelli has been farming organically in the hills east of Chianti Classico, near Arezzo, for more than thirty years. His vineyards sit in a natural amphitheatre of clay and limestone soils, where altitude and exposure help preserve freshness and balance in the fruit. While Marco spent much of his career supplying grapes to some of Tuscany's most respected producers, his focus today is firmly on expressing his own corner of Tuscany through a small range of estate wines.
Made entirely from Sangiovese, this Chianti DOCG is a refreshingly traditional interpretation of Tuscany's most famous grape. Fermented and matured exclusively in stainless steel, it allows the purity of the fruit and the character of the vineyard to take centre stage, without the influence of oak or international varieties.
Bright red cherry, wild berries and a touch of violet lead into a lively, medium-bodied palate with fine tannins and fresh acidity. Honest, expressive and deeply drinkable, it captures the simple pleasure of well-grown Sangiovese and the appeal of classic Chianti.

Orbello from Tenute Sella is a beautiful blend of mainly Nebbiolo, with a little Vespolina and Cabernet Sauvignon. Crafted as a ‘family wine’ that is approachable yet refined. Rooted in Upper Piedmont’s storied winemaking heritage, Tenute Sella has been cultivating vineyards since 1671, making it one of Italy’s most historic estates.
The vineyards, rooted in acidic volcanic and marine sandy soils, benefit from southwest and southeast exposures at elevations between 270-350 meters. This unique terroir imparts freshness and minerality to the wine. After fermentation in stainless steel and a 10-day maceration, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged for 12 months in large Slavonian oak casks.
Orbello delights with a vibrant characters offering bright red fruit aromas, floral nuances, and a subtle spiciness from the Vespolina. On the palate, it is crisp and refined, with fine tannins and a refreshing finish. While enjoyable young, it has the structure to age gracefully for over a decade

Caro Maestro ("Dear Master") is the flagship wine of Cantine Fina and a tribute to the man who shaped founder Bruno Fina's career, Giacomo Tachis. Widely regarded as the father of modern Italian wine, Tachis was the visionary behind wines such as Sassicaia, Tignanello and Turriga. Bruno worked alongside him at Sicily's Regional Institute of Vine and Wine, where he developed a deep understanding of the island's diverse terroirs and the potential of both native and international grape varieties.
Founded in 2005 between Marsala and Erice on Sicily's western coast, Cantine Fina overlooks the Mediterranean from a hilltop estate shaped by sunshine, sea breezes and remarkable vineyard diversity. Caro Maestro is a Bordeaux-inspired blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot sourced from carefully selected hillside vineyards, reflecting Bruno's lifelong study of Sicily's soils, elevations and microclimates. The wine is matured for 24 months in barrique, adding depth and complexity while preserving balance and freshness.
Rich and structured yet never heavy, the 2018 vintage reveals layers of blackcurrant, dark plum, cedar, tobacco and sweet spice. Fine, savoury tannins frame a long, persistent finish, combining the polish of a great Bordeaux blend with the warmth, generosity and character of Sicily.

Corvezzo is a family-run estate based in Cessalto, near Treviso, where the family has cultivated vines since 1955. Today, under the direction of Giovanni Corvezzo, the winery has become one of Italy’s leading producers of certified organic Prosecco, combining modern winemaking with a strong commitment to sustainability and vineyard health.
Part of the estate’s “1955 Family Collection,” this Prosecco is made primarily from Glera harvested in the cool of early morning to preserve freshness and aromatics. Secondary fermentation takes place using the Martinotti method, creating fine bubbles and a vibrant, fruit-driven style.
In Prosecco, Brut indicates a drier style than the more common Extra Dry, though the wine still retains a gentle softness that distinguishes it from the bone-dry style of many traditional method sparkling wines. Here, notes of green apple, pear and white acacia are carried by a fine mousse and crisp acidity, with just enough roundness to keep the palate balanced and approachable.
